Help :) I'm confused...I manually deleted submissions to free up space. My client is using the free version of JotForm in conjunction with Dropbox. When I am looking the My Form page it shows 3 new submisions - when I go to submissions it is empty...??
Also, the upload space shows there to be 88.25 mb of 100 mb used - but everything has been cleraed out of JotForm and the dropbox account is at 14.5 mb of used space.

Deleting submission data won't reset your submission quota, It would only free up some space of your account. Regarding on upload space, I've fixed it for you and it should be working fine by now.

Thanks for your help - was there something I was doing incorrectly? or do you guys have to do the reset?
