A real estate company that has several addresses for my handyman to repair— to make it easier for him when completing the form, I was hoping the form could have the addresses setup in a Dropdown to choose from—-Instead of having to type addresses every time

Yes, you can use a Dropdown element and add the email addresses as options.

If you want to send an email to the selected email, you can set up an Autoresponder email for that. Make sure the Recipient is set to the Dropdown Field.

    I apologize for the confusion.

One way to make this easier is to use the Autocompleted Address Widget. This will autocomplete the address by using the data from Google Maps. The user can type only the postal code of the location.

You can see it in action in this demo form: https://form.jotform.com/80913190029958

Another way to do this is to pre-populate the address field using URL parameters.
Complete Guide: Prepopulating Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters

Here is the URL of the form above with the address field pre-populated.
    https://form.jotform.com/80913190029958?prepopulatedAddress[addr_line1]=Street%20Address&prepopulatedAddress[city]=City&prepopulatedAddress[state]=State&prepopulatedAddress[postal]=Postal

You can create pre-populated links for each address using our pre-populate app. http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address field values by changing a drop-down option selection.

    hi
when using the autocomplete option, I would like to know if there is a way to add an Apt# field? I was able to select House number but I cannot see how to change that "house number” label field to "apartment number” label?
    Thanks

    Hi-
The auto complete seems to not be working correctly—
First, it is only autocompleting the address if the submit button is selected when it goes to the 1st person for review. The address is not showing correctly—it is showing an address but not for the city and state in which my property is located…
Also, when I opted to hide the fields, it hides the field entirely including from myself—It would be nice to have a grayed out option where the field is still showing but not editable to the tenant…
    Please advise.
    Thanks

Additionally, I have attempted to late the form to show as from my company instead of Jotform. I thought this was completed correctly but this time around it is back to showing from Jotform again. how do i fix this?

You can select the available fields on the widget settings:

It's not possible to add other fields than the ones showing up on the widget settings.

I have checked the widget on my end and it works, on this form from your account http://www.jotform.us/form/80891929124161 I noticed that the widget does not work, but it shows an error on the console that the API usage limit has been exceeded:

This is a limitation imposed on the Google account, these links will help you with that:

Also, since your last question is related to a different matter I have moved it to another thread, we will assist you as soon as possible here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1432883

    Thanks.

Yes, the form does not work and house number field is not showing up either; however, I have reviewed it and noticed that the house number field is not marked and the Google Maps API key is missing, please note that it's required in order to get the widget working.

The limit on the Google Maps API key will limit the number of daily calls, this is a limit imposed by Google and you may get more info on the shared links:

    https://developers.google.com/maps/faq

    https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage

I think the error may actually appear since there is not a key entered in the widget settings, please kindly try entering a key and let us know how it goes.
