I just switched to Professional - but had several months left on my Premium account. How or when should I see a credit of that remaining amount?

Yearly and bi-yearly packages are heavily discounted, so we don't usually credit unused time, but we'll have to check our records and see.
Before we proceed, we will need to make sure that you intend to have that bi-yearly Premium subscription cancelled permanently. Just so you know, this process is irreversible.
Are you going to pay for a monthly Professional subscription from here on out?
