i have just upgraded my plan and users are still unable to submit more videos. It says I have reached a 50 video limit.

I checked and your JotForm account is active. I inspected your form and I saw that you are using Cincopa DeepUploader widget. I assume that the error message is related to that field. Can you provide us a screenshot of the error message?
I am not familiar with Cincopa, so I checked their pricing page and I saw that their "Plus" plan offers 50 videos.
Do you have a paid Cincopa account? If the limit is related to Cincopa DeepUploader widget, I would suggest you to contact Cincopa support and check if you have to upgrade your Cincopa account.
You can also use our basic File Upload field to allow your users to upload videos.

That limit is related to Cincopa DeepUploader widget that you are using. I would suggest you contact Cincopa support and check with them how to resolve that issue. Most likely you need to upgrade your Cincopa account to increase the limit.
As I mentioned in my previous reply, instead of the Cincopa DeepUploader widget, you can use a basic File Upload field or some other upload widgets that will allow you to upload files to your form.
