I have 2 submissions that I inadvertently marked as complete that have not paid yet. How can I change the status back to incomplete payments.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change a submissions to incomplete. Kindly note that on changing incomplete submission to complete will not process any payment. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports.
