Reminder emails?

    My anticipated plan is to have the staff fill out a consult booking sheet when a client calls, and then Jotform sends the client a link to the full intake sheet to complete before the consult. This part is working fine.

    But I'm wondering if the auto responder can send out two other reminders:

    1. If the client has not completed the intake for within a specified time, a reminder is sent, and

    2. Send out a reminder 24 hours before the consult (NOT 24 hours after the booking form was sent - that's easy enough to do, but we may schedule a consult the next day, or a week out, so need something more dynamic).

    To my understanding, your staff will fill out a form (Consult booking sheet) when a client calls. After that, JotForm sends the client a link to the form (Full intake sheet) to complete before the consult. What do you mean by before the consult?

    1. If the client has not completed the intake for within a specified time, a reminder is sent

    The autoresponder email will only work or send after the form is submitted. The client needs to finish or complete the (Full Intake Sheet) to receive an autoresponder email.

    2. Send out a reminder 24 hours before the consult (NOT 24 hours after the booking form was sent - that's easy enough to do, but we may schedule a consult the next day, or a week out, so need something more dynamic).

    I am not sure if this is possible. The form needs to be submitted to generate an autoresponder email to remind the user. 

    You can try the Send Emails Later feature of the Autoresponder in the Advanced tab. Here's a screenshot:
