Getting error message on form

    I built form titled "VBS 2018 Registration Form". It has been working fine but today the form is showing an error message: Warning: Each child in an array or iterator should have a unique "key" prop. Check the top-level render call using .           

    The form was last updated on Friday but has been working fine up to this morning with not other edits.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had a temporary issue with the forms and the issue should be fixed by now. I checked your form and the warning message is not shown.

    I also cleared your form cache. Please check again your form and let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

    Can you please clear our form cache as well? Our's is still giving us this message when we preview the form and submissions are not working.
