How to add a table of contents?

Buenos días Jotform, no encuentro la manera de agregar una tabla de contenido que no sea numérica o solo selección, necesito que los usuarios llenen los campos de la tabla con texto.

I recommend you to use the Input Table field. Here's a screenshot:

In the Properties of the Input Table, you can change the Input Type to "Text Box" under the Fields tab.
