    but I thought it was time to ask.

    My forms will not update to match the link I give and code I embed. I end up having to make all new forms.

    I hope this makes sense!

    Hi,

    This could be an issue with update delays on our end, this sometimes happen when our CDN (Content Delivery Network) are experiencing a load of request. If you are embedding your form and have been place into your website, please change the form URL from http://form to http://www

    Example FROM:

    If there are fields or answers missing with your form notifications, I suggest you to re-create them. This also happen sometimes when editing your form, you need to check if the added fields are also added in your form notifications.

    The fields arent really missing, for example - my terms currently say:

    "Turn around time is approx. 1-2 weeks. I can not issue refunds because I charge for the time spent designing and the creative concept development. Thank you for ordering from me, you will receive an itemized receipt promptly upon submission of this form."

    but her verion of the form says:

    "Typical wait time is two weeks, but can be up to 4 weeks. I do not charge for designs - I charge for the time spent designing, which is non-refundable. I will provide as many alterations needed for your satisfaction. Copyright is transferred to you at the time of purchase. I will provide as many alterations as you request. Do you acknowledge these terms of service?"

    I really want at least those to be the same. The one she read has repeated the same thing twice on accident also.

    They are also missing fields of course and they are all present on my notifications, the client is not seeing my current form though. If I made a new form from scratch it would be correct. But I have put so much effort into this particular form.
