How do I view my submissions? For some reason we haven't received our last few submission lists via email. Is there a way I can download those from our main jotform page:

You can view your submissions in the Submission Panel. To do that, please check this guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions
If you want to download the submissions data, go to the Submission Panel and follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
Also, please provide the email address that is not getting the notification email so we can check it further. Here's a helpful guide: Why-Am-I-Not-Receiving-Email-Notifications

Do I have to have a paid account to see the Submissions Panel. This is not showing for me at the moment? Is there anyway you can just email me the forms we have gotten in already? I changed the email back to my name (I had my receptionist name in there and we weren't getting them) so I am hoping that will help. I was getting them earlier. Please let me know what we need to do and thank you so much for your help.

No, you do not need to subscribe to see the submissions. I am assuming you're referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/80597025263155
If yes, please log in to the account username (wieber11) and view the submissions. If the issue still persists, please contact us again.
I checked the account and I can see all the submissions properly.
