You have an issue with the emoji slider, when taking the third, fourth or fifth option to the right of the slider, when you export the data into excel the value is off. Therefore if you test each option (1-5), you should have a value of 1 through 5 in the export, but you don't. You wind up with 1,2,4,6,7.

I was able to replicate the issue.

The Emoji Slider has options to change the scale to 3, 5, or 7.

You can also set Calculation Values for each option on the scale.

Then, you can use that Calculation value in other fields.

So, if the Emoji Slider is a 5 Scale slider and you pick the option to the right (max/best), the Calculation value for that option is 5 and it will show as 5 in the next field.

However, when exporting to Excel, the value of the most right option is 7.

I am not sure if this is the intended behavior but I will forward this to our developers and we will let you know when there is an update on this.

    Hello,

    Firstly, sorry for the confusion.

And yes, this is intended behavior. Input Table Emoji Slider is a survey element. So collected data should be consistent among other input table questions for the sake of data consistency and integrity. Let's say we have a emoji slider with a 5 scale; and another question with 3 scale. When user chooses Neutral option on both questions its' value will be same on the exported data which is 4. If this was a bug, at the same setup, user would have data 3 and 2.

However if you wish to collect data depends on the scale of the question, you can use the technique my colleague demonstrated.
