Hi there,
I'm looking to improve an RSVP form I have, and was wondering if there's a way to populate form questions with unique data from a spreadsheet -- as in, if someone enters their email into the form, can that email then pull names to check off as RSVPs in a subsequent question?
e.g.:
enter your email: ___________
I see there are two invitations associated with this email address:
John Smith
Jane Smith
Would you like to RSVP yes for each?
etc.
I'm sure there MUST be a way to do this but I can't find it right now. Thanks!

Jotform may not be able to pull data from an excel document to check on emails used in reservation, however there is a work around to this.
You will use conditional logic to achieve this but this will mean that you will be creating conditional statement for each email address.
https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Below is an example. Kindly use email support@jotform.com and support1@jotform.com to test this.

With the above illustration you can you will note that email when you input the above email addresses then you can proceed to fill the other fields
Kindly feel free to clone and use the form.
