I received the payment but the form is missing. It’s not in submissions and I didn’t receive the form via email.

    Hello. I had a client fill out a booking form this morning. I received the payment but the form is missing? It’s not in submissions and I didn’t receive the form via email? I did receive the $150 PayPal payment though? Help!

    Please check if it remains in the "Incomplete payments" dashboard: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments, if you find it there, simply click on the "Complete submission" button. Probably, the notification did not reach our servers due to an isolated glitch, that might be the reason why it remains there.

    It is not in the incomplete submission forms.

    Could you please let us know that is the form in question? Also, please provide us more details of the payment, such as the fullname of the person who made the payment, email address, and the ID for that transaction, also the date and time of the received payment.

    10:24 central time payment was received. Here is that. She filled out 2 different contracts for 2 sessions. Both payments went through, but only one of the forms came through.
