I created a form a couple of years ago and each year I enable for a few months. Unfortunately this year the form doesn't seem to work on mobile devices and the mobile response checkbox has disappeared. Can you help?

Can you kindly specify which of your forms you refer to and what you mean by "doesn't seem to work"?
I have checked both forms and they seem to have a proper layout on mobile devices. However, one of forms https://www.jotform.com/70336003693350 does not have a mobile responsive widget. You can add it if needed:

Thanks for your response Victoria.
I have the mobile responsive widget but it has not resolved the problem. The forms can still only be accessed from pc.

May I ask if you are opening this form using a mobile device? If yes, please let us know if it is an Android smartphone or an iPhone.
