Upon submitting a request, I am taken to an 'Invalid Request' page.
Our form was integrated to Google Docs and Asana but I have since removed the Google Doc integration. After reading a user's similar experience, I removed the Asana integration and reintegrated... still, same 'Invalid Request' error.
Any suggestions or help??

Please remove the Asana integration, and clear your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Then, do a real submission for testing purposes. If it works, then integrate back again with Asana, and do another submission test. Let us know the results.
Also, we would appreciate if you could send us a screenshot of how you have setup your Asana integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Note: once you integrate with Asana, make sue to fill all your form fields before submitting it.

I removed the integration, cleared the cache and was able to submit a test request successfully. But once I integrated back with Asana, I did another test and received the same "Oops, Invalid Request Error"
Here are screenshots of the integration. I have two custom fields that I'm using (date received and from)...

The issue could be caused by the fields that have not been successfully matched(green check mark indicates if it good), could you toggle the drop down option for those fields that are not yet fully matched until you see the green check mark?

I saw that on the screenshot and thought the same thing. I tried the entire process over again and still received the same error. Screenshot of integration attached.

I just tested the Asana integration, and it worked fine. I have reported this issue to our back-end team to get further help. You will be updated via this thread.

Hi so Investigated your form and found a key problems and a few things for you to note when integrating to Asana. Since you are using custom fields here. Custom fields with `enum` type should match the option name from the mapped field value, yes should be exactly identical, case sensitive. Same with tags.
Also when using assignee or followers for the task, make sure the mapped field has a values of emails only not names.
Custom fields right how has a known problem, it does not work with all fields atm specially date time. If you want to link your custom field to accept a date. Try to use a widget or a simple textbox for the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience.
