Is there a way to differentiate First/Middle/Last names

    Hello, on the form responses, there is no way to differentiate First/Middle/Last names, most entries are obvious, but some are not.

    Hard to tell sometimes if the person has two middle names or two last names.

    The only workaround I can suggest is to create multiple Short Text Entry field for each field. Here's a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/80917704255964

    After adding 3 Short Text Entry field, you can shrink the fields and adjust the width in the Properties:
