Dear JotForm Support,
I have a question about incomplete payment.
Would you mind educating me how long this process typically take? People told me that they already paid, but it does not come to me. Sometime I am a bit embarrassed by it as I do not get notified by email. Is my setting wrong?

I checked your form and I can verify that the PayPal integration is configured correctly. If the user did not complete the payment on the checkout page, then the submission will go to the Incomplete Payments.
Please take note that completing it will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notifications and will be processed as a normal submission.
