My account has locked me out and is not sending me a reset password email when requested

    I checked the email address (karen@diplomaplumbing.com.au) and I did not find any associated JotForm account. 

    Please provide one of these following so we can investigate it further:

    - Form link

    - The website where the form is embedded

    - Account username

    - Email registered to the account

    Hi Karen,

    Upon checking your account, I can see that it is now active and in good status. I also opened some of your forms and it is working properly.

    If the issue still persists, please try opening your account using a different internet connection just to test it.

    When I try to verify my email address it tells me the link is invalid.

    It seems that there is a confusion. You said that you cannot log in to your account and you are already replying using the account username (KarenHarris). 

    Is that the account you're referring? If yes, please provide the error you're encountering when accessing your account.

    Try these steps:

    1. Open a different internet browser and open this link: https://www.jotform.com/login

    2. Put your login information and click the Sign In button.

    I have not had a response to my email below and am still unable to login to my account, can you please rectify the issue ASAP as I require daily access and have not had access for over a week now.

    Also, I didn't see any recent password reset email sent to "bookings@diplomaplumbing.com.au" email address.

    So I just initiated another one, please try resetting the password by using that email.

    If the issue persists, please use the steps provided by my colleague above.
