trying to pay thru the site and it’s using jotform and I keep getting an error message “square Payment error, access token is missing” is that something I’m doing wrong or is it the company ?

It is possible that there is a problem with the form itself. The error message that you are getting means that the Square payment integration on that form is not configured correctly.
I recommend you to contact the company website or the administrator of the website and report this issue to them.
