Note that we've downloaded previous registrants as Xls docs, which seems to wipe all previous registrants. Is there any record of previous registrants who've filed out the forms saved in Jotform?

You can filter the submissions via the Time Frame option. In the Submissions page, click the "Options" icon and change the Time Frame.
After filtering the submissions, please click the "Excel" button above the Grid Report to export it as an Excel file.

If you removed the filter, then all form submissions will appear. Please take note that if you deleted a submission, you will not be able to recover it anymore.

Thanks for the tip. When I remove the filter ('All time') it still only shows today's registrants. Not sure why-- any ideas? We've had the form active for 2 years, seems like it should keep all submissions. I don't think we've deleted any, but will investigate on our end.

I checked and you have only 11 submissions. All of them are from 2018-04-02. However, based on the email logs from your account there should be more submissions. I checked history logs in your account and submissions were not deleted.
I will report this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolved we will inform you via this thread.
