I have a free jotform account but cant remember/find my password. I tried the option to have the password reset but it is telling me that no account with the email I am using exists. I get notifications when people submit the form but I can't figure out why its telling me it can't find an account associated with my email. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!

That form belongs to stobartfoundation account and is associated with this email address trustee@stobartfoundation.***

Thank you. I can't even tell you how many times I tried to use that email and it wouldn't let me. It just did though so hopefully its all set now. Thanks!

Sorry I forgot to mention, your account was associated with two email addresses the other one is the verizon email so I have removed it and leave the other email you had. This usually happens when a form (containing two email recipients) from guest account was carried over to your registered account, but nothing to worry as it should be fine by now.
