Our account has trouble being enabled. Please help!

    I'm the admin ugomobilityhi account. 

    We recently upgraded to a premium account. However, we tried to enable the forms to work and it still says we have to upgrade. 

    We need to get those forms to work asap. Please advise how we can enable the jotforms so that it works on the web. 

    All the jotforms on www.ugomobility.com is not working because we can't enable it.

    As I check your account, I see that it is active and good in standing. The account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription plan. The forms are loading normally on your website. Could you check once again and let us know if you need any further assistance? We will be happy to assist.
