I need to integrate Braintree into my Current JotForm which was previously integrated with PayPal. I have confirmed my Braintree is all correct and set up and I have all the correct codes.
I've input Merchant ID, public key and private key. Then selected "sell subscription". Now when I click "save", it says, "Please select Braintree subscriptions you would like to sell."

With which form you are having this issue with? It seems your last edited form has braintree payment tool but it is not integrated with your braintree account.
If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to add subscription products in your form. Is that correct? Please note that you should add subscription product in your braintree account and then it will be displayed automatically in your payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
