Bronze Subscription:Why can't I create new forms?

We have Bronze level which allows up to 25 forms.

The system is currently saying that we are at our capacity but we only have 8 forms. (screenshot provided).

Is there something we are not doing ?

I have checked your account and it seems you have a grandfathered account which let you create more than 25 forms before and currently, have 85 forms in total.

With the new plan, Bronze is limited to 25 forms and being grandfathered account, we let you  keep the forms but you can't create a new one.

You can check your forms used by clicking your avatar.

To create more forms, you need to upgrade or delete your forms.
