Not allowed to produce another form

So, currently I have 180 forms. My understanding when I signed up was that there was an unlimited number of forms for the service. Am I incorrect. Now you are saying all I can do is edit the forms that I have. I have advanced the functionality of many of my forms and would like to clone some of  them to use for other purposes without going through a lot of work editing existing forms. This takes way too long to do. Is there any way to allow the 180 forms to exist as a maximum and I will delete those that I no longer use which would allow me to clone some of the forms I would like to use and still stay under the 180 forms.
