Hello I would like to be able to create a custom form tool item that consists of multiple text boxes.

    For example.

    oxtail Fish fritters stew beef

    Jerk Wings fish white rice

I could not locate how to create this.  I currently used the checkbox form tool to list the various products.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Are those quantity boxes? You should probably use Purchase Order field type under Payment Tools. When you add the products in the wizard, enable the Quantity option.

That is a cool feature.  Thanks for pointing that out, However what i was trying to say is that i want to be able to create my own Quick Tools type of form fields.  For instance one of the quick tools fields contains Street Address, Steet address 2, city, state , zip etc.  I want to be able to create this type of field using drop down menus.  Is this possible?  If yes , how do i create the field.  What im looking to do is create 1 field that contains multiple lable fields ie Drop down menus with the following headers Size       Meal             Rice              Side                     Extras

All in one section.  I hope i am a little clearer in my explanation.

Thank you and have a nice day.

I see what you mean. You would like to be able re-use questions you created previously on your forms. It is currently not possible but I have been thinking about such feature for a long time.

The imaginative feature would have worked like this:

    1. Under “Quick Tools” add “Re-use Question” field to your form.
    2. Once you add the field to your form, a wizard will open.
    3. You will get a list of your forms. Select one and click Next.
    4. You will get a list of your questions with checkboxes near each one. Choose one (or more) fields, and click Finish.

Would this work have worked for you?

Or another possible approach would be to have an "Add this to Quick Tools" option when you right click on a question on the form builder. Then that question would always show up on the Quick Tools.

But I think the second approach is slower. Because, when you need a question, you do not want to close the form you are modifying and open another form on the editor, add the questions you need to the quick tools, and re-open the form you were editing. That's just too time consuming. Being able to clone any field from any form quickly might work better.
