Cannot add new fields to a customized pdf report

    I have created a form and a customized pdf report. I have tried to modify this report by adding so extra fields on the end. It appears to do this. I then save it then generate a pdf. Unfortunately the new fields do not appear. If I go back. To the editor it no longer has the fields present. Am I doing some wrong or is this a bug?

    I have cloned your form and I tried to Customize the PDF and it is working as expected (I am using Mozilla Firefox here). Please make sure that you Save the design after making the changes.
