Hi Guys!
Greetings from Ireland!
Have a wee problem. One of my forms is not sending automated emails to let me know that forms have been submitted.
It's this one : https://form.jotformeu.com/72315882971363
i deleted the email fields, put them in again, but still nothing.
i believe the user gets their email though.
Any ideas what I can do to give the emails a nudge?
Much obliged for your help!
kevin

I have checked your form email setting and noticed you are using custom SMTP as the sender email address for your form notifications. Testing with noreply@jotform.com as the sender I was able to receive a test submission made from your form.
This indicates that there is an issue with the custom SMTP sender email address configured in the form. I would recommend you change the sender to noreply@jotform in the meanwhile as you check the SMTP configuration issue with your email provider.
To change sender email, kindly follow the demo below.
