Form: Form won't submit

I love your site and your forms but after I press the submit button on my form,

it just says "please wait" and I never receive an email.    It also never sends me to

the "thank you for contacting us" page.   Can you help me?

When I first tried your form, it worked fine (and I received an email as a result) but

now it's not.

Did you embed your form using the IFrame code?https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If not, kindly try using the Iframe code.

I have also cleared your form cache.
