Export a created form in one account of Jotform and import it into another Jotform account?

If you just need to create a copy, then you may share the form URL and the guide so the other user may clone the form into his own account, here are the guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

If you need to move the form with submissions to the other account, then you may provide us the form URL as well as the target account or follow the third method on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account

    I hope this helps.

The form's owner may have configured his account to avoid the forms to be cloned by others, you may ask him to check this and if possible, he may temporary turn off such option on the settings section of his account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
