    Our reCaptcha field is showing a warning message "v1 shutdown on 2018-3-31"

    This is because you are using reCAPTCHA v1 on your form.

    You can either turn off reCaptcha or what I suggest you do is delete the field and add the reCAPTCHA Widget which uses a newer version and won't show that error.

    its working now. thank you to jotforms for being to lazy to notify your paying customers that they are no longer going to support the captcha that you provided to begin with.

    I can see that you have turned OFF the reCaptcha option in your forms.

    It looks like when you have created the form, added the Captcha, and turned ON the reCaptcha option, the BUILDER was using reCaptcha v1.

    If you turn the reCaptcha option OFF and ON again, it should use the reCaptcha API v2 and that error will not show anymore. If this doesn't work, removing the field and adding it again should definitely work.

    Optionally, you can use the reCAPTCHA widget instead.
