How can I see my entire form that includes the E-signature?

On one of our forms there is an E-signature widget that we use. When we receive the form ,via email through Jotform, only the E-signature is shown and not the entire form. Is there a way for this to be corrected? Or can we make it an option on our Jotform builder?

I checked your form and I see what you're referring to.

The problem is that the Text field has to be inserted manually in Notifier in order to have it showing:

So you have to copy and paste the text from the form to the Notifier manually.
