    Hi Support,

None of my 'Skip To' conditions seem to be working based on user entry.

    Please could you assist?

    Thanks

I have checked your form and it seems you skip to page the name Submit.

Conditions: Skip to submit not working Image 1 Screenshot 40

In the Card Form Layout, the submit button is placed on the last card, you need to target that card for your submit button to show. In this case, the Metrics That Matter URL card.

Change your submit Field to Metrics That Matter URL.

    Hope this information helps.

    Thanks Richie

But how comes other conditions are not working such as...

IF Solutions Service Required IS EQUAL TO "Client Question"

I'm just really struggling to get two basic conditions working

I have checked your conditions and it seems some conditions are working accordingly.

    Here is my screen cast:

For your "Solutions Services Required" condition, kindly choose the field Quote/Business Proposal..." under the Statement of work.

I have cleared your form cache.

Let us know if the issue still remains.

    Thank you.

Sorry but I'm confused as in your GIF it shows clicking on Client Question but then it goes to Technical/Advice Guidance - when the condition says it should skip and go straight to Client Question.

Should I not be using headers with Conditions?

In the card form layout, the headers are used to let the user know if they are in the next page or if its a new form page.

You can remove them if you want but it seems it is part of how the card form layout works.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

This is because of the Section Header, it will prompt the user has reached another set of questions before it jumps to the condition.

Here is a sample scree cast without the Section header.

When the Section header is not available the condition will jump to the proper card.

    Hope this information helps.

Ok Richie, thanks but I'd ideally like to use section headers as they are useful.

I've just implemented a section header for each of the sections and i have now tweaked the condition but it is still not working.

Please can you clone my form and show me how you get from ticking Client Question to the Client Question Text Box and manage to successfully bypass the Technical Advice Guidance section as I genuinely can't figure it out.

Is there a way I can screen record it?

As explained by my colleague above, if the field you're conditionally skipping to is under a section header then the user will be redirect to the section header when the condition is met and then when he clicks on the next button of the header he will be moved to the desired field.

Example, this is how it works using a section header:

    1. This is my condition.

    1522795491screenshot 01 Screenshot 10

    2. This is how I have built the form, I'm redirecting to the last number field if yes is selected, please see where the section header is placed on and where the number field is:

Conditions: Skip to submit not working Image 21

    3. This is the result:

Conditions: Skip to submit not working Image 32

Now, you may replace the section header with a text element, this way the form does not have the behavior that has when using the section header.

    1. Replacing the header with a text element:

    1522795624screenshot 02 Screenshot 43

    2. Result:

Conditions: Skip to submit not working Image 54

Please note that you can customize the text element as well:

    Here's my testing form: https://form.jotform.com/80926851589977

Please feel free to clone it and inspect what I have implemented there: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,

So removing Headers has fixed that bug for me now, thanks - shame as Headers were nice.

I've gone for just Text cards now, so selecting the Service takes you to the associated card.

However what I'm finding is that if I answer a Yes/No question it takes me back to the start of the service line of questions.

    For example:

Choosing Statement of Work at the Solutions Service Required* checkbox the conditional rule is taking me correctly to the Statement of Work questions.

But if I then answer Yes/No to any of the questions it takes me back to the beginning?!

Is this a conditional rule issue?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Ok so I suspect the Condition is firing again as the value of Solutions Service Required is still valid hence the rule keeps going every time.

Is there a way I can stop this rule triggering again if it's already been triggered?

I've been able to solve this by implementing a hidden field which copies the value.

The setting Clear Hidden Field Values on Hidden has been set so I can hide the hidden field in conditional rules and stop it re-triggering.

    Thanks very much
