It just says "please wait" and never sends me to the thank you page

I'm having the same issue.   It just says "please wait" and never sends the form to me or redirects me to the thank you for contacting me page.   please help!  

I did a test submission in your form using the direct link and it was successful. Here's a screen capture:

If this form is embedded on a webpage, I suggest you re-embed it using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

If you are still having issues, please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded.
