Question regarding downloading of attached files

Our organization uses JotForm in the scholarship application process. In addition of submitting application form, students are also asked to attach 10-15 files containing supportive documents for their application. All these attached files are in PDF format. In the past, each application would be converted to PDF format and downloaded into a specific student folder on our PC. Then each attached file is also downloaded to that folder one at a time. While the process works well, it is very time consuming. Is there a way that all attached files from a given application could be downloaded at the same time? Is there a way to select all of them and download in one operation?

    Thank you for your consideration!

I understand that you want to download the PDF submission report along with the files attached all a once. Unfortunately, there is no direct feature to download all the attachments at a time for each submission. However, you may consider integrating Google Drive/DropBox so that the PDF submission report will be uploaded to the integrated cloud storage along with the files attached. You may synchronize the Google Drive/DropBox to your PC so that the files are automatically available on your PC and you don't even to download them manually.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Dear Kiran,
Thank you for answering our question. Integration with Google Drive works
perfect. I have tested the process and it works! This will save us a lot of
    work!
