Hi, we're about to launch a program and jotform is a very important part of it and that includes the email responses that we get from jotform. Have you received any feedback or are you experiencing any delays in the email responses that we get from our forms? We are either getting sporadic or no emails at all on one form in particular.

I checked that form, and it does not have any notification created, only autoresponders(which are meant to be sent to the person who fill the form), so if you want to be notified each time someone submits your form, please create the notification as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
