How do I get the Total field value from the Purchase Order widget?

You need to enable the "Show Total Price on the Form" option in the Payment Settings. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, select the products field and then click the "Payment Settings" button. After that, go to the "Additional Settings" and enable the "Show Total Price on the Form" option.

I need to get the Total Price and use it in a calculation/condition.

May we know what form are you referring to? I checked this form and I did not see any Purchase Order tool on it.

You can use the Update/Calculate Field condition to copy the total value of the Purchase Order tool and pass it to another field. Here's an example:
