Is there a "go to payment form" widget?

I have several song entry forms for our upcoming Song Contest.  Members can enter up to six  songs in different categories.  Is there a widget that I can put at the end of each form that would take them to the payment form?

So, you want to pass the total to the payment field of another form, or the total to the payment field in the same form?
