Why am I unable to log-in into my account?

    Hi, I've reset my password 3 times now and still can't seem to login to my account. Thanks

    I have checked your account and it's actually suspended due to phishing suspicious, this happened due to the credit card and bank account fields that you have on your form http://www.jotform.co/form/53517698190869.

    Please note that it's not allowed to ask for such information on JotForm, you can collect payments only through a payment integration, this guide will provide you more information about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

    Please delete our Regular Access form. We use an integrated form with our new POS software & do not require this Agreement not have done for over 8 months.
    Apologies if you had not received our reply to you advising of this.
    What we would like to do is adjust our Cleaning & Maintenance forms. We complete on an ipad and send through to our office. All inhouse.
