This form has had numerous issues from registrants who fill out form completely, then need to change a field, then form will not complete submission. They clear cache, try different browsers, even different computers. This is becoming a real problem.

    How can we fix this?

    Thanks for your help!

    Thank you for contacting us.

Are you able to reproduce the issue on your end? Is there are any specific steps required to reproduce it?

Is this happening during the initial form submission process, or the submission editing?

If you have a screenshot of the error you may add it to this support thread.

I was NOT able to reproduce these issues on my end. I am on a Mac, but others have expressed problems in Mac on Firefox, but OK in Safari. I tested in Chrome and Firefox on Mac, and in both instances, even with trying to screw up the zip code and state (the two most common problem issues apparently). I am poling other registrants to see if I can get more details and will update as soon as I can.

Thank you for helping to trouble shoot this.

    Thank you for your update.

So far I was unable to reproduce the issue on my end. The form looks fine.

Just in case, we have cleared the form caches.

Please update this support thread if you receive any more reports about the issue.

We have not had any new issues since 4/4. Hopefully the Cache may have affected the issues.

Here's a a little more insight that may be helpful from previous entrants: Several registrants mentioned that the form autofilled the state field, and the state field needs to have a 2-letter answer in order for it to export correctly into another app (Rosterpro). When the autofill inputs anything other than NY, the form throws an error, and folks are not able to overwrite the issue. In the past I had suggested they clear their cache, or better yet try another browser, but I think as soon as autofill added content NOT accepted by a field, it caused the issues.

I will report back with any other issues that come up.

Thank you for your help and insight.

In order to prevent the confusion, could you please provide us the process or the step that your form submitters about to make and they have faced this issue when they try? Does the issue encounter when they submit the form for the first time or when they try to edit the submission?

If I understood your last post correctly, the states field does not accept the input that the form submitters entered when the autofill is enabled. I cloned your form and tested it with autofill and couldn't reproduce it:

I tried to submit the form #71977670784171 and I was able to submit. You can see the test result:
