Customer submitted form but it is not being displayed in form's submission page.

I've sent the form links to a customer to fill out, and she said she submitted it, but i have not received the forms or the notification that it was submitted.

Please let us know the form in which you are missing submissions. Do you have any details of the submission or customer data like email address? This will help us trace the submission or figure out the issue.
