Why is my login suspended?

Hello why has my login been suspended?

I looked on the forums and I have seen a few threads regarding this issue. I have had my forms live for almost a year without issue, why now?

I operate a collection agency and some of the information would be deemed as sensitive but I do not take any card numbers or login information it just things like name and address and so on. I understand if the one form may have been an issue but to disable both? The second form is just client sign up. Most of the information is available publicly for all of the businesses I would deal with. Please advise.
