How to send the same form to multiple people to fill?

    1. The security reimbursement form must go from me (I sign first) then to the tenant (signs last) and return to me with both signatures posted. I am having trouble with the work flow…please provide step by step on how to make this happen. Thanks

    From what I can understand, you want some sort of approval workflow.

    I believe you have already checked this article.
    A General Approach on Building an Approval Process Workflow

    If I am not mistaken, the workflow is like this.

    1. Someone fills the form, and you receive a Notification Email.
    (You need to have a Notification Email set up for this and make sure that the Send on Edit option is set to OFF)

    2. You sign the form (in Edit Mode) and a Notification Email is sent to the Tenant.
    (You need to have another Notification Email set up for this and make sure that the Send on Edit option is set to ON. Using conditions, this Notification Email should be sent only when Your Signature is filled and Tenant Signature is Empty.)

    3. The Tenant receives the email, signs the form in Edit mode, and you receive a Notification email that the tenant has signed the form.
    (You need to have a third Notification Email set up for this and make sure that the Send on Edit option is set to ON. Using conditions, this Notification Email should be sent only when the Tenant Signature field is filled)
