Submission emails are not being received from form.

    Hello,

    On our crawfish boil registration form we're having internal confirmation email issues.

    For example, sometimes the "internal" email notifying us of the registration is not coming across to all people on the list.

    Also, just now, we had our first one come across with "non-member" selected as attendee type and none of us got a notification.

    Can you look into these issues and report back?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and found you have added condition in your form to send the submission email to 3 email address if "Type" field is "Pay Online Now" and send email to two email addresses if "Type" field is "Send Invoice". Please check the screenshot below:

    As per our email logs, the submission emails was sent successfully for the last two submissions you have received in your form. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the submission emails ended up there. 

    It seems you are using the same email address in your other form as well. Are you receiving submission emails form your other forms successfully?

    Thanks. It is for the pay online ones that are not coming across to weezie@abcmississippi.org.  and then most recently the non-member selection ones that are not received by any email address on there. All spam has been checked and not there and the JotForm address is on her safe sender list.

    I did check the last submission you have received in your form and found that though you have received online payment but for some reason the "Type" field was not selected in the submission. Please check the screenshot below:

    I am not sure how user can submit form with filling "Type" field which is a required field. Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    I would suggest you one changes in your form. It seems you have added condition to show payment field if "Pay Online Now" is selected but the issue is that when the form is loaded and none of the option is selected in "Type" field, payment field is still visible. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to add condition to show payment tool when the Type field is filled and Pay Online Now is selected. Please check the screenshot below:

    Here is an example of another one for this form (https://form.jotform.com/80865204255153). No one is getting the confirmation email on this internally with credit card payments from JotForm. Only the email from authorize.net. See attached.

    Looks like we were typing at the same time. The form is not embedded anywhere. I will try the changes you suggested.
