Submission emails failed

    Hi Jotform,

     

    For some reasons, I am not receiving submissions in mailbox. I have made sure the email notification is set up and the email address is correct. When I tried to test email when setting up, and there's nothing in my mailbox. Same thing in spam folder, there's no sight of the test email.

    Hi,

    I made a clone of the form and tested the notification email which was successful I did not encounter any errors. I also checked our mail logs and results shows that the our mail server did send the email notice to your address.

    Have you tried looking into the Spam or Bulk folders of your email? The notifications may have been caught by the spam filters. Also please add JotForm Mail IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist, you can find them here:
