I want to create multiple Contact forms for different websites

    Hi

    I'm a website manager looking after 20 different and unconnected client websites.

    I want to create and embed new contact forms with Captcha v2 spam control, into each client's website. Each form will be slightly different.

    I want the information from each submitted form to be received into the clients designated email account. I don't need to see the actual information they receive but I do need to be able to manage and edit the various contact forms.

    I have already tried another application but many of the form submissions were getting caught in email spam filters which was a major problem. I have been recommended to contact JotForm. Will the JotForm application do what I need? If so I'm looking to sign up to a Payment Plan.

    Yes, you can configure the notification email to send to a specific email recipient. Here are some helpful guides:
