how about for google drive? I can't upload a 400MB file :/
Why is that?

Unfortunately your upload space limit is limited up to 100MB, this is because you are currently registered as Free User. In other words, you have to consider Premium Plan in order to enjoy higher upload limit since your JotForm space limit would increase up to 10GB. However, you should also make sure that in your google drive current subscription your account is capable to receive more than 400MB files.
Also, your current free account is on 'overlimit' status already due to exceed in upload limit. You can always delete submissions with files attached on it to free up some space with your upload limits.
