Hi there, I just tried to log in to my Jotform account and it says "login failed - suspended"

Is my account suspended? If so, why?

    Thanks!

Yes, your account has been suspended because you are using Short Text fields to collect Credit Card information in this form https://www.jotform.com/72366729818268.

This is against our Terms of Use.

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials.

If you want to collect payments through your forms, you must use one of the Payment Integrations available.

    Help Articles: Payment Forms

In order to reactivate your account, we need to delete the fields requesting for Credit Card information.

Do you agree to delete those fields and reactivate your account?

I also suggest you change the email of your JotForm account to a custom domain email (i.e info@willowretreat.com).
You can change the email from the Profile section of your account.

Hi there, yes I agree to delete those fields. I can't do anything however until you reactivate my account so that I can log in!  Sorry I did not realize this was not allowed.

    Thanks!
