Is it possible to have autoresponder with Encrypted forms?

Can an automated response e-mail be encrypted?

We are a travel company and us jot form for program registrations.

Hence, we ask for birth dates and other sensitive information.

Our automated response when someone registers sends them what they entered for their review to ensure all data entered is correct.

I have recently had several people complain that the information is not encrypted.

Is there a work around to this?

    Thank you - Georgia

If you're referring to https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them, I'm afraid that Autoresponder email option is not possible.

Since all data is encrypted you have to upload the decryption key in order to see the submitted data.

So if your users receive an encrypted submission, you would have to share your decryption key with all of them up front so they could use it.

And that is just in conflict with the purpose of the Encrypted forms.

If you have any further questions or had something else in mind, please let us know.

    Thank you!
