Integrations: Fields inside Multi-line questions are not available when matching the fields

    I am trying to integrate jotform with Salesforce however when I try map the customer fields (see booking form screenshot attached) these are not available and instead the whole section is coming through as one field (see screenshot below).

    Unfortunately, field elements of Multi-line Questions are not available to be selected when matching the fields.

    I suggest you create separate fields (cards) for the Full Name, Email, Contact Number, and Address.

    This way, the fields will be available to be matched with the corresponding fields in Salesforce.

    I will make a request to our developers that the Field Elements of Multi-line Questions are available to be selected individually when integrating your form with a service such as Salesforce.

    I cannot say if this will be implemented or give an ETA. Once we have an update on this, we will let you know via this thread.
